Meet Brittany
Meet Brittany Eddelbuttel, Chef and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Owner and Founder of Eddelbuttel Nutrition. Brittany is originally from New South Wales, Australia and has lived in Bentonville for 20 years (before it was cool!)
Brittany completed her AAS in culinary arts at NWACC, completed her undergraduate degree in dietetics at the University of Arkansas, and completed her Master of Science in Human Nutrition at the University of Alabama. Brittany is a current faculty member at Brightwater: A Center for the Study of Food and has 8 years of experience leading and teaching students in the NWA community. In her free time, Brittany enjoys spending time with her family, traveling around the world, practicing yoga, frequenting farmers markets and dining at restaurants.
Eddelbuttel Nutrition was created to bridge the gap between nutrition counseling and applying that knowledge through the culinary arts. Brittany enjoys connecting with people through food, and specializes in easy and nutritious meals that anyone can do at home. Eddelbuttel Nutrition strives to give clients the tools to succeed in their individualized health journey by offering nutrition counseling sessions, meal plan and meal prep services, and in home cooking lessons. We value the technique of Motivational Interviewing (MI) to support client self efficacy and the idea that the client is the expert of what fuels their body. We hope to help clients find a healthy relationship with food and their overall quality of life.
